The challenge
Build a production-ready Chrome extension with AI integration, drag-and-drop folder management, and a wizard-based UX while handling Chrome's Manifest V3 restrictions.
Approach
Architected a modular Chrome extension using React 19 + TypeScript, Zustand for state management, and Vite for fast development. Integrated multiple AI providers via AI SDK, implemented drag-and-drop with @dnd-kit, and created a 5-step wizard with Radix UI components.
