The challenge
Design a simple and reliable way for small businesses to manage customer debts in environments with unreliable internet access, replacing paper-based tracking while preventing data loss and keeping customer balances synchronized.
Approach
Architected an offline-first PWA that stores data locally and synchronizes it with a remote server when connectivity is available. Designed a simple debt and payment workflow for quickly recording customer transactions, tracking outstanding balances, managing customer records, and generating PDF invoices that can be shared with customers.
